Hi, I'm Roger. I am an inshore council member with our fisherman's union, representing/assisting harvesters from Highlands to Cox's Cove on the West coast of the island portion of Newfoundland and Labrador. I am a carpenter by trade however when my Dad retired from fishing in 1993, I jumped at the chance to go fishing. At that time I only fished lobster and today I also fish crab, halibut and cod. There has been many changes within the fishery, but the quality remains the same. Enjoy my catch!
