ThisFish is launching the world's first canned salmon that is personally branded by the fish harvesters themselves and traceable back to them. We are starting slow (think Slow Food) and so have only produced a small batch to start.
Our fish harvesters selected premium wild sockeye salmon caught in the pristine waters of Barkley Sound on Vancouver Island. The salmon was sustainably caught and processed locally in a family-owned cannery. Our canned salmon is old-fashioned and simple. We only use wild salmon and a pinch of sea salt as ingredients. lt's all natural.
